Data controller

osiana.rentacar, established in Levent, Istanbul, acts as the data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Purpose of processing

Personal data is processed to manage rental enquiries and reservations, to fulfil contractual obligations and to meet legal record-keeping duties.

Legal grounds

Processing relies on the performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations and the legitimate interests of the data controller, as set out in Article 5 of the KVKK.

Transfer of data

Data may be shared with service providers strictly necessary for hosting and communication, and with public authorities where legally required. No data is transferred abroad beyond secure hosting infrastructure.

Retention

Personal data is retained for the statutory retention periods and deleted, destroyed or anonymised once those periods expire.

Data subject rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, correction, deletion or notification to third parties, object to results of automated analysis and claim damages for unlawful processing.
